My Personal Code of Ethics is more focused on the welfare of others, before you assess yourself. This goes onto every action that you will make, and every action that you will provide in the future. 
The ethics that are had must focus on the benefit of the community, and how morally just they are. It also allows followers to provide a role model for others, making them a beneficial leader. 
When we focus on the welfare of others, we can easily assess situations that may provide moral conflict. My code of ethics goes along with Honesty, benefiting the Community, Empathy, and doing what is right for as long as possible. When these are focused on, they can greatly make a leader better. Empathy, for example, can be seen as one of the admirable ethics which pride a person on being better.
My personal code of Ethics does what ethics should do, guide a person to be a good person, in their own eyes at least. My code is what allows a leader to be especially spectacular when being a leader in society.
